Her first scraped knee:
We were coming out of Costco and she simply tripped and fell. She cried and was very frustrated and didn't really know what to do. She kept poking her knee and trying to "take away" the scrapes and cuts. Poor thing! I can't believe it took her almost 2 years to have her first scraped knee!
The other first is that she drew with crayons. ON THE WALL! Purple crayon! I was mad! And no. I don't have a picture. Every time I see a picture a parent took of something wrong their kid did I feel like they are sort of sending a message that that's cute or funny. I was tempted to take a picture. But I didn't. Then we searched online for the best way to remove it. Turns out Mr Clean magic eraser is really magic. It removed the wrong "work of art" in 30 seconds! Impressive!
Is it just me or is every parent as excited as I am when their child does ANYTHING for the first time?
